VIP Not Working?
Once you have completed your purchase it may take up to 60 seconds to migrate to the game servers.
- Your Discord permissions should sync within 10 minutes.
- If after 10 minutes you are still experiencing issues please #create-a-ticket and choose Payment Support
Can I transfer my VIP?
The only time we will allow a VIP to be moved is if the incorrect region was purchased and it has not been redeemed.
Does VIP Auto Renew?
When checking out you are presented with 2 options.
"One Time Purchase" and "Subscribe"
How do I cancel my Auto Renew?

How much time is left on my VIP?
Use /order in our Discord to check your status!
I have VIP, how do I vote for maps?
You must also be @Verified to vote.

- You can purchase VIP for a friend from the VIP store by selecting "For Someone Else" and entering their SteamID.
Can I refund my VIP I didn't use?
- If you bought VIP and did not redeem it you can #create-a-ticket to see if it qualifies for a refund.
- Gifted VIPs and gift cards are non-refundable.
I didn't get Discord roles?
Discord can take up to 10 minutes to apply roles (longer if you just joined this Discord.) If you do not have roles after this time, please check your e-mail used during purchase for a link to complete the process!
It didn't let me pick a server?
Our VIP is sold by region, you get all servers in the region purchased.
